PSP Video Express is a video converter specially focussed on PSP users.
With PSP Video Express we will be able to convert .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .dat, .rm and .rmvb files for optimized video playback on our PSP.

PSP Video Express allow us to choose the output video quality and the resolution (320x240, 368x208 and 400x192), so it can upload a full movie to a 256MB memory car, and we will not need other program to upload videos to our PSP because the file manager and uploader is also included.
In addition, we will be able to edit the videos because video editing features such as cut off credit/cast at the end of the movie to make files smaller are included, so we will be able to include more videos in the same memory card.

For me, it has been the best video conversion program to PSP format that has ever existed, in addition to its easy handling and low resource consumption.
